Our team of experts will carry out thorough inspections of the ventilation system and water flow in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as review all electronic devices.

We will keep the owner informed with detailed updates on the status of the property, including images, and will arrange for the scanning and forwarding of incoming correspondence.

As an added value, we offer a range of optional services, including pool and garden maintenance, quick repairs upon confirmation, airport transfers and representation at annual general meetings of the community.

Key lockers

Your key is 100% safe, secure and insured with us. We have separate lockers for each property.

Check your property

At regular intervals (7/15/30 days) we visit and check the condition of your property. This includes ventilation, water circulation in the kitchen and bathroom, checking electronic and electrical devices, smart repairs, etc.
